See? Velobikes. Like I was saying...

So as was relayed n posts ago. Those Velobike things. Yep. Paris.
Insert card thingy or moolah or some sort of currency, and Poof! You have a bike. For an hour. For a day. A nice gray, modern looking bike with which to tour the city. It even has a basket for carrying around a small amount of goodies you might have purchased during your shopping expeditions. Some assorted groceries. The prototypical loaf of fresh bread. And you know what else is cool? How you just stumble upon these all lined up in a row. And at night, the soft blue glow of the 'docking stands' ready to give one up for use, or take one back from a weary pedaler. We could use these back in the US of A. SF already has City Car. Why not Community Bike?
