Middle of the week, work burnout

Ever have one of those 'Wednesdays'? You know the kind. The middle-of-the-week slump. You get the spurts of motivation followed by glazed over eyes and pain in your index finger after clicking through your must visit web reads too quickly (and then some). Yep. We are having one of those days. This in addition to the deafening email din of a thousand voices screaming about needs that should have been FULLFILLED FIVE MINUTES AGO DAMMIT! And well, you have the perfect justification for slithering out early to fetch that nice, tall, cool martini. With 5 five olives darnit.

Excuses? Nah

It has been a very busy month, and already we are past the half-way mark. The wood floors at Binkomonster headquarters are done. The wonderful painter came and rendered our walls flawless (even more so than when we first came to the castle). Then there was our trip to Seattle (WINHEC!), followed by a weekend of cocktails in Puerto Vallarta (and some seasickness). And then this weekend, our very first Bay to Breakers run. Wow, still some more of May left (wonder how much more we can cram in?)
